Erik Jørgensen’s own Design Team is distinguished by their expertise in furniture polishing and the Scandinavian crafts tradition. In 2004, they launched the minimalistic masterpiece EJ50 – a furniture that is both possible as an easy chair and a two- or three-person sofa. The upholstery is carried out with extreme precision and attention to comfort, perhaps most elegantly manifested through EJ50’s firm seat and back. The geometrical cube is supported by a stainless-steel frame, resulting in a design that appears to hover in the air.
