Poul M. Volther was one of his times’ greatest exponents of functionalism and belonged to a generation of architects with roots in the furniture industry. Poul M. Volther loved the simple processing of fine materials and details.

The chair is built of four fully padded rounded shells, which clearly shows Volther’s sense of detail and high level of craftsmanship.

Swivel lounge chair. Seat and back of four separate pads of moulded cold cured foam, fully upholstered in fabric or leather. Swivel base and frame of spring steel.
